Error when uploading a document: Hashtable insert failed. Load factor too high

When trying to upload a document in Sharepoint / MOSS you get the following error:

Hashtable insert failed. Load factor too high

This appears something to do with the .NET Framework although Im not sure what’s causing it as of yet. However by doing an ‘iisreset’ on your front end webservers fixes this problem (Not sure for how long).

Will post once a long term fix is found!
