To restore a ODfB from the recycle bin use the following powershell command:   Restore-SPODeletedSite [-Identity] <SpoSitePipeBind> [-NoWait <SwitchParameter>]   Eg.   Get-SPODeletedSite -IncludePersonalSite or Get-SPODeletedSite – IncludeOnlyPersonalSite to return all the ODfB sites in the recycle bin.   Then to restore:   Restore-SPODeletedSite -Identity https://ABC-Corp-my.sharepoint.com/personal/fred_bloggs/
